Exchanges
Exchanges on non-special orders/ custom orders are accepted. ContactĀ us within 7 days ofĀ receiving your item. You must shipĀ items back within: 14 days of receiving them.
Special Orders/ Custom Orders
Nest Gifts, LLCĀ may special order items that are not in stockĀ and must be prepaid in full. AllĀ special or custom ordersĀ are final, returns on special or custom orders are not accepted. If the item received is damaged, please contact us and email the required pictures of the packaging and item.
