Refunds are not accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges on non-special orders/ custom orders are accepted. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. You must ship items back within: 14 days of receiving them.

Special Orders/ Custom Orders

Nest Gifts, LLC may special order items that are not in stock and must be prepaid in full. All special or custom orders are final, returns on special or custom orders are not accepted. If the item received is damaged, please contact us and email the required pictures of the packaging and item.
